2026 Art Contest winner!!

We are proud to announce that Hailey is the winner of our 2026 Pink Shirt Day Art Contest.

Hailey’s powerful piece, Shine Kindness, beautifully captured this year’s theme and stood out for its creativity, heart, and message.

In her artist statement, Hailey shared:

“The sun drawn in the middle represents hope, warmth, and the power to stand up against bullying. The words ‘Be the sun in someone’s life’ are also written on the drawing, meaning to be kind to others and give warmth, just like how the sun gives us warmth. The earth shows that we don't only have to be nice on specific dates, but instead, we can be nice at any time to everybody on Earth. Lastly, the stars in the background represent how kindness can also be spread through small things, sprinkling them everywhere you go.”

Her thoughtful symbolism reminds us that kindness is not limited to one day. It is something we can practice every day, in big and small ways.

We received hundreds of inspiring submissions this year, and we are so grateful to every student who shared their creativity with us. Thank you for helping us continue to spread kindness throughout our communities.
