Here are some of the ways Pink Shirt Day advocates have teamed up with us to offer community members the chance to support anti-bullying initiatives by buying local:
Award-winning ice cream shop Bella Gelateria sold “PINK”, an Italian Cherry & Lime gelato, with part proceeds going to Pink Shirt Day
Year after year, Brooklyn Clothing has fundraised for Pink Shirt Day by selling official buttons to store guests. Last year, they also donated $10 directly to Pink Shirt Day for every customer that agreed to wear a button for at least 24 hours!
Cadence Cycling Studio
Local spin studio Cadence has hosted Pink Shirt Day classes, at which $5 from each participant that attended was donated to anti-bullying initiatives
Denny’s turns pink each year by selling Pink Shirt cutouts for $2, in exchange for a 20% off coupon valid for any meal in March. All proceeds are donated to CKNW Orphans’ Fund and Pink Shirt Day.
Rocky Mountain Chocolate
Mouths water each year in anticipation of the annual pink candy apples from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory! $2 from each apple is donated to Pink Shirt Day.
Everyone loves cupcakes, and the pink Take Five cupcakes are no except. Part proceeds, of course, are donated to Pink Shirt Day!
A longtime supporter, Blenz has raffled off a coffee gift basket to raise funds for Pink Shirt Day, as well as provided specialized Pink Shirt Day coffee sleeves for the month of February.
